Since 1975 EDOS has represented only the finest manufacturers and marketing products available to the New York and New England plumbing and heating industry. We serve our customers through our plumbing products division, our heating products division, our commercial division, and our showroom division. Our success depends on our ability to offer our wholesale and channel market customers superior service, comprehensive and reliable information, timely communication, and the most progressive training programs and support available. We are committed to representing our manufacturers’ interests with superior product and systems knowledge, and market and industry expertise.
Our experienced inside and outside sales force is central to our success. With market awareness and advanced training, the EDOS sales force is professional and well-informed, providing personalized service on every call. Our sales team is comprised of many former business owners and field personnel who know how to penetrate the contractor channel. The team’s marketing initiatives, sales agendas, and accommodating practices generate pull-through sales and help boost customer profit margins.

Mission
EDOS Manufacturers' Reps. Inc. has been proudly representing the finest manufacturers and marketing products to the New England plumbing and heating industry since 1975. Today EDOS continues to conduct business with the same fundamental guiding principles upon which this family-owned and operated company was founded. The company’s philosophy remains as strong as ever and inspires the EDOS team to continually strengthen its relationships with manufacturers and customers.

Second, we are unrelenting in our commitment to represent our manufacturers’ interests with superior product and systems knowledge, market and industry expertise, and with integrity and respect for our partnership.
Philosophy
Maintaining long-term relationships with both manufacturers and customers has been key to EDOS’ success and growth. Representing only top-of-the-line heating, plumbing, and showroom manufacturers, some for over 35 years, has earned the agency a strong and reputable position in the marketplace.
The outside sales team, with over 355 years of combined industry experience, reaches wholesale and channel markets by calling directly on mechanical/ plumbing/ heating contractors, oil dealers, designers, architects, engineers, etc. The team’s marketing initiatives, sales agendas, and accommodating practices generate pull-through sales and help boost customer profit margins.
We believe it is our agency’s mandate and responsibility to effectively train all channels of our market. With our commitment to continuous education, we actively encourage and fund all areas of training and education positioning the EDOS sales team to further advance and grow professionally. We, also, understand the importance of keeping pace with current trends and the latest technology. We are active members of important industry associations such as the AIM/R-MANA.
